Returns & Refunds

Please note: All magazine sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

If your magazine arrives damaged, or does not reach you within a reasonable timeframe, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this, please email contact@white-ibiza.com within 7 days of receiving a damaged copy, or within 30 days of dispatch if your order has not arrived. Please include your order number and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
