Processing times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Standard delivery within Spain usually takes 2–4 business days. Delivery to other European destinations may take 5–10 business days. International delivery times will depend on the destination country and its postal services.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of your order. For large orders or wholesale enquiries, please contact us directly.

Destinations
We currently ship magazines and other products throughout Spain and to most international destinations.

United States
Due to current tariff-related restrictions within the Spanish postal system, we are unable to ship magazines to the United States. Orders to US addresses containing magazines will be cancelled and refunded. Other non-magazine products remain available for shipment to the United States.

Customs and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
