1. Acceptance of terms
By using the White Ibiza website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and descriptions
Our current offerings are printed magazines. Prices are displayed on each product page and include applicable taxes at checkout where required. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of entry.
3. Orders and payment
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by PayPal. We do not support pending PayPal methods such as bank transfers or e-cheques. An order is accepted once payment has been authorised and we have issued an order confirmation.
4. Shipping
Processing typically takes 2–3 business days before dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Full details, including destinations and any temporary restrictions, are set out in our Shipping Policy.
United States: Due to postal and tariff restrictions, we are unable to ship magazines to US addresses at present. See the Shipping Policy for current status.
5. Returns, refunds and replacements
All magazine sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
If your magazine arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for damaged copies, or within 30 days of dispatch if your order has not arrived, and include your order number and details. This does not affect your statutory rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information.
6. Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient.
7. Website content and third-party links
From time to time we may link to third-party sites or display advertisements. Links do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.
8. Privacy and cookies

9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design and imagery, is owned by or licensed to White Ibiza and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Transfer of business
If we undergo a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we may transfer relevant data to the acquiring party as part of the transaction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and applies from its date of publication.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
